Your data stays with you. Everything you type — names, addresses, bank details, amounts — is processed only in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded, sent or stored on our servers, and we don’t see your invoices. Your draft is remembered only on this device so you can come back to it; “Clear everything” deletes it.

What should a brand invoice include?

Your details, the brand’s details, a unique invoice number, the date, what you delivered (e.g. “1 × Instagram Reel, Autumn campaign”), usage rights if agreed, the total and your payment details.

Number your invoices

Use one continuous system, like 2026-001, 2026-002 … It keeps your bookkeeping clean and makes it easy to follow up on payments.

Influencer invoice FAQ
How do I write an invoice as an influencer?

Add your details and the brand’s details, give the invoice a unique number, list what you delivered (for example “1 × Instagram Reel — Autumn campaign”), add usage rights if agreed, the total, the due date and your payment details. This free influencer invoice generator does all of that for you and downloads a PDF.

What should an influencer invoice include?

Your name or business, address and tax ID if you have one; the brand’s company name and address; invoice number and date; a clear description of each deliverable; usage rights and their duration; subtotal, VAT if it applies, total; payment terms and bank details.

Should I charge for usage rights separately?

Often, yes. If a brand wants to use your content in ads or on their own channels, list the usage rights as a separate line — for example “Usage rights — 3 months, paid social” — so the brand sees exactly what they are paying for.

Do I need to add VAT to my invoice?

That depends on your country, whether you are registered for VAT and where the brand is based (for example reverse charge within the EU). Check with your accountant — the generator lets you add any VAT percentage or leave it at 0.

Is this influencer invoice template free?

Yes — completely free, no sign-up, and your data never leaves your browser. You can create as many invoices as you like and download each one as a PDF.
