Waitlist privacy notice

Last updated: 7 October 2026
In short: we only collect your email address, only with your consent, only to tell you about Influencer Beyond and its launch. We never sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe or have it deleted at any time.

Who is responsible

Influencer Beyond is currently a project in preparation and not yet a registered company. Responsible for your data is Sara Kramer, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reachable at info@influencerbeyond.com.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name or any other information. We use no cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics on this page.

Why we collect it

To email you updates about Influencer Beyond and let you know when it launches. If you sign up through our free guide page, we also give you the guide to download — the guide is the reason you signed up, the launch updates are what you agree to. That is the only purpose. We will never use your email for anything else, and we never sell, rent or share it.

Your consent

We only add you to the waitlist if you actively tick the consent box and submit the form. Nothing is pre-ticked. The legal basis is your consent (UAE Personal Data Protection Law; for people in the EU, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time — withdrawing does not affect anything we sent before.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Your email is therefore stored in the European Union. Vercel and our email provider may also process data in other countries, such as the United States. These are established cloud providers that encrypt data and commit to data protection by contract (for transfers outside the EU: the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

Until we have announced the launch and you have had the chance to sign up — or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

Just email info@influencerbeyond.com — we act on requests promptly.

Security

Your email is transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a database that is protected against public access. We do not keep the list in spreadsheets or shared documents.
